Petition commenced on the 1st of June 2010
To the House of Commons in Parliament assembled, we the undersigned residents of Canada draw the attention of the House of Commons, to the following concern of the natural parenting rights and expectations of Children.
Whereas our Charter of rights and freedoms begins with a preamble that reads as follows, “Whereas Canada is founded upon principles that recognize the supremacy of God and the rule of Law; It is this concept that establishes our equality before and under the law, and therefore also our protection from tyranny and elitism. It is male and female that procures children and therefore children have a natural expectation to a mother and father. This expectation of the natural order of life is a natural and primary human right. To deny this in the development of a child is a potential source of trauma for the child, and a denial of the Child‘s natural human rights. It is also a denial of the preamble to our Charter of Rights “the Supremacy of God “and equality. Therefore your petitioners call upon the House of Commons in Parliament assembled to remedy this emerging tyranny for children by legislating the definition of parenting and family as one mother and one father.
