Prenatal Children
Please note to the following petition, Canada has no abortion Law, Abortion is legal up until birth because there is no law. There is no other country in the world that has such disregard for the unborn child, as Canada which has no law. It has long ago been decided by science and human understanding that the unborn child is an individual human being. The defence of abortion as a human right is a reliance on junk science and Ideology being served as justice. There are two issues here; one is the right to life, the other Justice. We need to take back Justice! Ideology is not justice! Once we accept ideology as Justice than every and any tyranny becomes possible again.

To the House of Commons in Parliament assembled, we, the undersigned citizens and residents of Canada, draw the attention of the House of Commons to the protection of prenatal children in Canada. Whereas section 15 (1) of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms on Equality Rights reads as follows, “Every Individual is equal before and under the law and has the right to the equal protection and equal benefit of the law without discrimination and in particular, without discrimination based on race, national or ethnic origin, colour, religion, sex, age or mental or physical disability. (2) Subsection (1) does not preclude any law, program or activity that has its objective the amelioration of the conditions of disadvantaged individuals or ethnic origin, colour, religion, sex, age, or mental or physical disability.
It has clearly been established that the unborn Child is an individual, as the unborn child is also the recipient of prenatal heath care. This same child may also be eliminated (Killed) in this prenatal condition by abortion, for any and every reason of convenience. This individual requires protection under the Charter of Rights. To continue denying this right to life for the unborn child is a contradiction of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedom section 15 (1) and (2). The current situation in Canada with no right to life for the unborn is undermining the credibility of the Government, of Parliament, the State and falsifying Justice by making it into an Ideology. Therefore, your petitioners request the House of Commons in Parliament assembled to remedy this situation of our national demise though appropriate legislation to recognize and protect the right to life for the unborn Child.
